History

Originally conceived as Baptist Publications in the 1960s the goal was to support the Baptist Church and its various ministries.

1992 – With a transfer in management and renewed vision Baptist Publications became Dar Manhal Al Hayat (decree – law no. 2419).

2001 – Lebanese Society of Education and Social Development proudly adopts Dar Manhal Al Hayat under it legal umbrella.

2002 – Geographic focus increased to include Sudan and North Africa.

2004 – Distribution license obtained to distribute in Iraq.

2007 – The Gateway Bookstore launched in the heart of Beirut.

          Theological publishing track initiated in partnership with The Arab Baptist Theological Seminary (ABTS).

Dar Manhal Al Hayat values relationships and partnerships with organizations with similar goals to accomplish a similar vision and we continue to build our network in the Middle East and throughout the world. We are excited to continue to bless the region with our projects and network of partners.
